Manager / Senior Sales Interior Designer
Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of Sales Interior Designers.
  • To track, test and measure marketing history and to forecast new assignments.
  • Ability to market, pitch and win profit generating projects.
  • To obtain and convert market information in prospective leads.
  • To open doors of opportunities for leads to be converted into proposals and jobs.
  • To achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • To monitor sales performance, build and maintain database.
  • Develop and implement innovative and effective marketing strategies to meet the company growth objectives.
  • To maintain good relationships with customers and attend to site problems.
  • To check the work quality and efficiency of our Sales Interior Designers.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Marketing, or Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Preferably 8-10 years experience as a Sales Interior Designer with proven track record.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Self- motivated with initiative and drive and able to work under pressure.
  • Service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills in English and other local dialects are essential.
Sales Interior Designer
Responsibilities:

  • Prepare layout plans and 3D drawings.
  • Responsible for creating design concepts and translating the same into design details and execution.
  • To coordinate design issues among contractors, relevant consultants and subcontractors.
  • Monitor design development, submission program and tender documentation to ensure delivery of project
    on schedule.
  • Resolve design issues at all stages of the project.
  • Assist to establish design standard and specification for future projects.
  • To strictly supervise and ensure the work done in compliance with approved specifications.
  • To guide/lead team of designers in design coordination and implementation matters.
  • Design presentations to clients.
  • To carry out design documentation, specifications and detailing including cost evaluation.
  • Performs any other duty as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design.
  • Preferably possess 2 years working experience in same capacity but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, KD Max, Intericad, Microsoft Excel,
    Powerpoint.
  • Good command of English and Malay. Understanding of Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Able to meet deadlines, confident and ability to work with minimum supervision.

  • To plan, execute, supervise and manage the entire work progress of renovation/construction work including preparation of work schedule, procurement of materials and equipment.
  • To lead, coordinate and control all workers and sub contractors at site and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements, drawings, specification and project’s time schedule.
  • To coordinate with in-house interior designers and responsible for clarification of all technical matters with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at construction sites.
  • To take charge of the safety of all materials and equipment at site.

Requirements:

  • Minimum possess with Diploma in Construction Management/QS or Architecture.
  • Preferably possess 2 years working experience in same capacity but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good working knowledge of Autocad, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Knowledge in preparation of Gantt Charts and Critical Path Analysis.

Junior Site Supervisor (Selangor - Subang Jaya SS15)

Accounts Assistant/Officer
Responsibilities:

    Account and Administrative

  • Maintain partial or full set of accounts and monthly management reports.
  • Maintaining and administering all General Accounting functions, Accounts Receivables/Payables/Fixed Assets and Contract Work in progress schedules.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, DN, CN, journal, reconcile debtors / creditors / bank / inter-company.
  • Monthly cheque issuance & maintaining accurate record of income & expenses.
  • Budgeting and cash flow.
  • Forecast project
  • costing.
  • Maintain a very orderly filing system.
  • Maintaining an orderly library system for all building materials, drawings and books.
  • Ensure smooth running of day-to-day administrative work , e.g. functionality of all office equipment, fixtures & fittings, stationery requisitions and issuance, amongst others.
  • All property matters , including record & renewal of tenancies, administering sales & purchase transactions, etc.
  • Human resource work, including annual leave record, preparation of Annual E & EA Forms.

Requirements:

  • An accounting graduate of minimum LCCI qualification.
  • Strong command of both spoken and written English, with a minimum of a strong Credit in SPM.
    Good letter writing and typing skills.
  • Good working knowledge of computers programmes, including UBS Accounting system, Microsoft Word,
    Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good working knowledge of Autocad, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Able to work well under tight datelines.
  • Have a mature personality with a pleasant disposition.
  • A responsible, detailed and conscientious worker.
  • Previous working experience with senior management personnel would be an advantage.
